INTRODUCTION

At Revnar Technology Limited ("Revnar," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering your portable power stations quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website, revnarbd.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed and confirmed. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD); full payment must be received before an order is prepared for dispatch.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is typically processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days. Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is verified, and a further notification once your order has been dispatched.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY COVERAGE

We deliver countrywide, across all of Bangladesh. No matter where you are located - in a major city, a district town, or a remote area - we aim to bring reliable Revnar power solutions to your doorstep.

SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard delivery timeframes, calculated from the date of order confirmation, are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: typically 3–5 business days
• Outside Dhaka: typically 7–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to your location, courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. The 1–2 business day processing period described in Section 1 is separate from, and precedes, these delivery windows.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight and size of the product(s) ordered. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can review the full amount - including shipping - before confirming your order.

Please note that Revnar does not offer free shipping. A shipping charge applies to all orders.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT BEFORE DISPATCH

As we do not offer Cash on Delivery, all payments must be completed in full through one of our accepted online payment methods before your order is dispatched. Orders with incomplete or unconfirmed payment will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received.

SECTION 6 – ORDER TRACKING

You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on the Revnar website (revnarbd.com) and viewing your order status.

In addition, once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive tracking information directly from the delivery partner via text message (SMS) to the mobile number provided with your order.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND FAILED DELIVERIES

Our delivery partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts to the address provided with your order.

If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful - for example, because the recipient is unavailable, the address cannot be located, or the recipient does not accept the delivery - the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Should you wish to have the order delivered again after it has been returned to our warehouse, a new delivery charge will apply and must be paid before we arrange any further delivery attempts.

To avoid failed deliveries, we recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and that your contact number is correct and reachable.

SECTION 8 – ACCURATE DELIVERY INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the full shipping address and a valid, reachable contact number. Revnar is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect address or contact details.

If the address or contact information provided is unclear or incorrect, we or our delivery partner may contact you for clarification, which may delay your delivery.

SECTION 9 – DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take great care to ensure your product is properly packaged and protected during transit. However, if your product arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 2 (two) business days of delivery, along with clear photo and video evidence of the damage.

Once we receive and verify your report, we will arrange for a replacement in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details on how damaged-shipment claims are handled.

Reports of damage submitted after the 2-business-day window, or without adequate photo and video evidence, may not be eligible for a replacement.

SECTION 10 – DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Revnar is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, adverse weather, strikes, political unrest, courier or logistics disruptions, public holidays, and other unforeseen events.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should such situations arise, and we will do our best to keep you informed.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we ship and deliver our products.
